In cardan type conveyors, the cardan chain is determined according to the weight of the materials being transported or the facility, and it moves within a specific track. The carrier has a total of 8 bearings, four of which are horizontal and vertical, on one half of the cardan chain. The bearings are produced without covers, with specialized tolerances for conveyors by BAKSAN. The conveyor width in BS32, BS40, BS45 products is 200 mm and multiples thereof. The BS45 heavy-duty cardan conveyor, which is specially manufactured, also has a 250 mm width. The cardan tracks are produced as 3-meter long straight tracks with proper tolerances from specialized materials. The cardan conveyor systems are protected in the event of any jamming with a TORQUE LIMITER attached to the drive unit or a SAFETY STOP SWITCH mounted on the unit frame. The automatic lubrication unit in the system lubricates the 8 bearings on each chain width simultaneously from 4 points. The system is designed to work in synchronization with a high-performance driver used in the control panel.
